Do you charge sales tax?
Lindsay Phillips, Inc. headquarters and offices are located in New Jersey and Florida; therefore sales shipped to New Jersey and Florida will be charged appropriate local taxes. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and/or duties their respective country charges.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order. This means that your overnight order will arrive 2-3 days from day of purchase. Once processed, please allow 5-7 business days for UPS Ground orders to arrive. We currently do not offer a Saturday Delivery option on UPS deliveries.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically and include expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated before final purchase, from the published standard UPS and USPS rates. Please note that UPS will not deliver to post office box addresses; please choose USPS for box delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship our product to many international locations from our US site, including Canada, Europe*, South America, Asia, and Australia. We currently offer competitive shipping rates via UPS to the US and Canada. Shipping costs to other locations do vary. Packages may arrive more quickly than expected, usually taking only 6-10 business days. Remember, you are responsible for import taxes and duties in addition to product and shipping costs.

Once it launches, you can click on the "€" icon on the upper left-hand corner of the site. Both sites carry country-specific merchandise and sizing, shipping options and pricing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Lindsay Phillips, Inc. will gladly accept returns* and exchanges on any shoes or straps bought on SwitchFlops.com (Lindsay-phillips.com) within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging. For exchanges, please include a note detailing desired style and/or size. If your product is defective, we allow 60 days from date of purchase to return the product for an exchange. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes or straps purchased from one of our retailers must be returned or exchanged according to that retailer’s policy. Please contact the retailer directly for more information.

SwitchFlops make a great gift! We extend the grace period for returns through January 31st on all unworn merchandise.

* Please be aware that exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. Although it is our goal to have every product in stock at all times, occasionally backorders do occur.

Switchflops® CARE AND MAINTENANCE

How do I clean my SwitchFlops®?
When it's time to spruce up your SwitchFlops®, it is easy to restore them to almost new condition. Simply remove the decorative straps and place them (Lulu, Taylor, Jill only) in your washing machine on the delicate cycle. Then air-dry the sandals overnight. If a strap becomes soiled, it should be hand washed to avoid damaging the decorative ribbon or button. Lilly Kitten Heels can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

Switchflops® STRAP PLACEMENT

Why don't my straps fit correctly on my sandals?
First note that SwitchFlops® straps come in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Small straps fit shoe sizes 5 and 6. Medium straps fit shoe sizes 7 and 8 and large straps fit shoe sizes 9, 10 and 11. If your shoe size and corresponding strap do not match the strap will not look right.

Also please note that there is a left and a right side to each strap. To ensure proper fit attach the shorter end of the strap to the inside portion of the sandal. If you are confused, fold the strap in half to determine which is the shorter portion.
